The third floor is complete with two bedrooms and a large common sitting room furnished in a rustic cottage style - perfect for a family or small group retreat. The rooms share a large sky-lit bathroom equipped with a tub, shower and pedestal sink.
The sitting room features original pine floors and includes a gas fireplace, refrigerator, freezer, cable television, and VCR. The sunlight streaming through the many windows creates a welcoming place for quiet conversation, playing games, or working jigsaw puzzles.

The Eagle's Nest features two separate bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and a cushioned window seat, perfect for reading or just taking in the view.

The other bedroom, with its peaked ceiling and arched window, overlooks the shaded front yard. This room has two double beds.
